Many of our clients are already familiar with Kimber. As a vital member of the Coastal Yacht Delivery team, she has logged countless hours providing deckhand support and hands-on assistance during our professional owner orientation and instruction sessions.
Kimber brings that same technical familiarity and "sea-leg" experience to every vessel she manages, ensuring your boat is handled by someone who understands its systems from the waterline up.

1. Vessel Stewardship: A Proven System of Care
Standard "boat checks" often miss the technical nuances that prevent costly repairs. Our Stewardship program is built on a proven reporting system established by USCG Master Captains to ensure every critical system is verified. This professional standard includes:
Zonal Inspections: Weekly technical checks of dock lines, bilge cycles, and battery voltages.
The Digital Reveal: Clients receive time-stamped photo logs and digital reports, providing a virtual "walkthrough" of their vessel's status.
Proactive Environmental Response: During freeze warnings or wind storms, our team doesn't just watch—we act. This includes starting engines to manage engine room temperatures and rigging extra fenders or lines to prevent dock rash.

2. From Shore to Ship: Tailored Provisioning & Errand Services
We understand that every voyage is different. Whether you are prepping for a quick weekend on the Bay or a multi-week transit to Miami, we offer three distinct levels of support to get you "Welcome Ready":
Level 1: The Essential Errand Run Perfect for the owner who just needs a few tasks handled before arrival. From picking up parts at the local chandlery to grabbing last-minute essentials, we handle the logistics so you don't have to leave the dock.
Level 2: Standard Galley Stocking Send us your list, and we’ll handle the rest. We ensure your galley is fully stocked with your preferred brands and dietary staples, organized and put away before you step on board.
Level 3: White-Glove "Turn-Key" Service Our highest level of concierge care. This includes full-scale provisioning, interior staging for guest arrival, and ensuring the vessel is climate-controlled and fully "open" for immediate departure. It is the ultimate luxury for the owner who values time above all else.
