Captain Scott Rainey
I'm Scott Rainey, a seasoned captain with over 30 years of experience navigating the waters of the East Coast and the Bahamas. Specializing in boat deliveries, I bring a deep passion for the sea and a commitment to ensuring each vessel reaches its destination safely and efficiently.
From a young age, the ocean has been my second home. Over the decades, I've honed my skills in maritime navigation, vessel handling, and crew management. My extensive experience allows me to handle a variety of vessels up to 100 tons, ensuring each journey is smooth and hassle-free.

Meet the Team
Grayson Wilt
Our relief captain, from Dutton, Virginia, brings over two decades of boating experience to Coastal Delivery. Before his maritime career, Grayson served with distinction, including four years of active duty in the Army as a Combat Medic Specialist and three years in the Guard as a UH-60 Helicopter Repairer. With over 2,500 commercial sea days, he holds a 200 Ton Inland Master of Self Propelled Vessel license with an Inland Master of Towing Endorsement, plus Radar Unlimited, AB, and STCW certifications. His extensive knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay and other key East Coast waterways makes him an invaluable asset for your boat's delivery, especially for larger or longer voyages.
Darrel Heaton
Darrel Heaton has cruised and sailed throughout the Chesapeake Bay, the East Coast from New England to the Florida Keys and dozens of Islands and Cays in the Bahamas. USCG Captains OUPV License,Safety at Sea Training and Atlantic offshore and AICW passages. His knowledge and sailing experience make Captain Darrel a trusted delivery Captain for our team.
Bernie Stanley
Bernie Stanley is a seasoned captain with over 25 years of experience navigating the waters in vessels ranging from Hobie Cats to 60' motor yachts. With a proven track record of successful passages between Virginia, Florida, and the Exumas, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every voyage. Bernie's outgoing personality combined with his 50 ton Master license ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Steve Enoch
Steve Enoch is a experienced boater with deep roots on the Chesapeake Bay. Having relocated from West Virginia in the mid-80s, he has spent decades immersed in the maritime world. A capable and dedicated crew member, Steve has extensive experience navigating the Chesapeake Bay, including numerous day passages. He has also successfully completed deliveries from Virginia to Florida, demonstrating his proficiency in longer offshore voyages.
